A mental health crisis could be any situation when a person’s behavior poses the risk of harming themselves or others and prevents them from properly taking care of themselves or functioning effectively within the community.

- Functionality Compromised
- Agitated/Unable to Be Calmed
- Abusive Behavior To Self And Others Including
- Substance Use or Self-Harm
- Isolation From School, Work, Family Friends
- Inability to Complete Daily Task Like Brushing Teeth and Hair, Bathing, or Changing Clothes
- Paranoia
- Seeing and Hearing Things That No One Else Can See
